Developed C# and .NET backend services for Algeria's national savings bank, processing real monetary flows and automating HR pipelines that previously required manual intervention. Delivered measurable improvements to processing latency across multi-department reporting chains in a strictly regulated financial environment.
Engineered Java Spring Boot microservices integrated with Oracle Flexcube — one of the most widely deployed core banking platforms in Algeria. Built the vehicle financing module end-to-end: loan approval logic, digital signature workflows, and multi-party document validation, all running against real financial transactions in production.
Built backend services to digitize social insurance business processes at Algeria's national social security institution, replacing paper-based workflows with automated digital pipelines. Contributed to an institutional modernization initiative that directly reduced processing time for citizen-facing services.
Virtual assistant for startup project support — built on RASA's dialogue engine with a Java Spring Boot backend. Integrated Meta LLaMA 3.0 for generative responses and a document ingestion pipeline that processes PDFs and technical reports as live training data.
